I wanted to thank you for the beautiful cat collar I received a couple of days ago. Jolie, my 8-year old cat, never liked to wear a collar, but I think she will keep this one. The other night, when she went out in the neighborhood without a collar for hours and hours, I decided to get a tagged collar and make her wear it. I found this webpage and ordered a New-Edition Safety Stretch leather collar. It was pricier than the nylon collars sold at pet stores, but I was impressed by user reviews. The collar is better than it is described :) It is made of soft leather, and the details are very delicate. The 'hidden' elastic band is not too tight, and the collar buckle is sturdy yet easy to adjust. Something got mixed up at the post office, and I did not receive the collar for weeks. Yes, for weeks, I kept forgetting to call and ask about the collar. But KBA sent me an apologetic email (although it wasn't their fault), and kindly asked me if I wanted a refund or still wanted the item. They resent the item to me, and now I and Jolie are very happy. For any pets who don't want stiff and ugly collars, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this product. This looks durable, but whenever it wears off, I will re-order the same product. Jolie looks so adorable wearing it. Thank you for the great product and great service.

I got the package today. They all came intact and so beautifuly packaged. My cats are all wearing the collars and are not troubled by heavy bells.More importantly, the bells are small. I thought they would make hardly any noise and so was quite surprised when I heard the sound of Toro's bells when he was chasing after a ball. The leather is is indeed soft and hardly disturb their fur. The colour is a beautiful milky chocolate and I must say all my 3 cats look very good in them. Thanks a million for everything.
