Wow, I received my cat collar a few days ago and am so impressed by your company!! I have a very small adult female blue Abyssinian who I barely could get a collar on in the first place, but once I did it was large, cumbersome, she scratched all the time and just hated it. I figured there had to be a better collar out there and sure enough, I found your website! It was so easy to choose what I wanted and I got a baby pink and brown collar in the junior size after reading your sizing descriptions. It arrived quickly and I slipped in on her neck easily and took off that thick, large nylon collar. Kalei is so happy now! The collar is easily a third the weight and size of the previous nylon collar, not nearly as thick, and no giant buckle on her throat. It's the cutest collar I've ever seen and she doesn't even mind the tiny but effective bell. The personal detail in shipping and customer service is also appreciated. I wish your product was represented in the large retail stores, I feel bad for all those cats out there wearing itchy, bulky collars. Thanks again!

Hello KBA, I just wanted to thank you very much for your quick reply to my inquiry email and to your very fast service!! We received our collars yesterday and they are so cute on my cats. Pepper and Peaches are both about 14 years old and I have never put a collar on them all that time. I was afraid they would hate it, but Peaches accepted it very well and Pepper only every now and then realizes it's there and gives a little scratch at it. They have only had them on for about 27 hours so, I think he will adapt just fine. Your collars are just about the best designed cat collars I have seen around. They are the perfect size and the bell is so cute sounding, without being annoying. Also, I love the engraving! It is so much more personal than those machine engraved ID tags.
